A few points I'd like to make. First, this Joe Biden is nothing like the other one. On top of that there are a ton of clips online showing what looks like a mask when he is adjusting his collar or whatever it's definitely not normal human skin reaction.
Secondly, The Simpsons famous for foretelling future events has a specific episode where Homer rips off The masks of Bob Dole and whoever he was running against as if to say people wake up these are not what you think they are, meaning aliens.
