Yes, in that 1976 rapture vision is showing Jesus coming riding a white horse with angels and the saints... This is a picture of the 2nd coming, NOT the rapture!!!
So NO it cannot be saying the rapture is imminent...

Although I do personally believe the rapture will be very soon...
