"the second group of angels"

When the angels are cast out of heaven, with the devil, Revelation 12, during the tribulation:

Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
  8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
  9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Are they a subsequent group of fallen angels?
Were there not other fallen angels, who previously fell, and were cast down to hell?

II Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Jude 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

If so, then are the Revelation 12 fallen angels allowed to operate on earth during the tribulation?
Will they be cast into hell, like the first fallen angels, but after the tribulation, at the return of Jesus?
Or will the first group be released from hell, to come upon the earth, with the Revelation 12 fallen angels, during the tribulation?
