"Where does theistic evolution think that death came from?"

When Christians claim to believe in theistic evolution, do they conclude that the LORD created death?
Where do they then think that death came from.
Do not the scriptures show that death came into them world as a result of Adam's sin?

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

I Corinthians 15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

Upon the completion of creation, did not the LORD say that his creation was very good:

Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

So, people and animals didn't die until Adam sinned?
But wouldn't theistic evolution would have it that the life-death cycle had been there all along,
"millions of years" before an advanced species was capable of "sin"?
