THE "GREAT MULTITUDE" IS IN HEAVEN FOR A TOTAL OF FORTY-TWO MONTHS OR 1,260 DAYS..............

The following Scriptures tell us that the Great Multitude, who is the raptured Church, is in heaven for a total of exactly forty-two months or 1,260 days BEFORE returning to earth with the Lord at His Second Coming. 

The Revelator John's FIRST prophecy about the Great Multitude of mostly Gentiles, ie. the raptured Church in heaven, is according to :

Revelation 7:9 & 15

"After this I beheld, and lo,  a Great Multitude which no man could number of ALL NATIONS  and kindreds, and people , and tongues stood before the throne , and before the Lamb  clothed in white robes and palms in their hands. Therefore, they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night IN HIS TEMPLE ( in heaven ), and He that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them."  

Notice and remember that the Great Multitude in heaven is mostly GENTILES because they are from ALL NATIONS.  Next also notice and remember that THE TEMPLE OF GOD spoken of is IN HEAVEN , and not on earth.  The Revelator John is then asked to make a SECOND prophecy about the Great Multitude, who is the raptured Church in heaven according to : 

Revelation 10:11 thru Revelation 11-2

"And He said unto me ,  YOU MUST PROPHESY AGAIN about many PEOPLES, and NATIONS, and tongues,  and kings. And there was given unto me a reed like unto a rod , and the angel stood saying, Rise and measure THE TEMPLE OF GOD ( in heaven ),  and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is without THE TEMPLE  ( in heaven ) leave out and measure it not. For it is GIVEN UNTO (MOSTLY) THE GENTILES ( the Great Multitude raptured Church ); AND THE HOLY CITY  ( in heaven ) shall they tread ( walk ) underfoot FORTY-TWO MONTHS."

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT :

After the Body of Christ Church is raptured to heaven the Revelator John sees it as a Great Multitude of mostly GENTILES from ALL NATIONS standing before the throne of God. We serve God in HIS TEMPLE IN HEAVEN for a period of forty-two months, ie. 1,260 days AFTER which we return to earth with our Lord Jesus Christ at His Second Coming at the end of the 1,260 days. During our 1,260 days in heaven we have access to BOTH the outer court of the Temple of God in heaven, and also the Holy City in heaven. During the exact same 42 months, or 1,260 days,  Satan has authority on the earth which WILL END at the Second Coming of the Lord. The raptured Church will NOT be in heaven at the same time when Satan is there, and it also will NOT be on earth at the same time when Satan is there.
