I still believe that the 11(Judgment) seconds overtime(Sudden Death) of the miraculous game was a significant clue.
This game was played on Jan. 8, and perhaps 8 was a clue of August?
11 seconds might be a clue of 8/3?
 
It also reminds me "a big explosion in the top of its phase."
 
When the 8.8 Concepcion EQ occurred, the Full Moon was located at the sickle of Leo, and it makes sense that Sudden
Destruction and Harvest happen on a Full Moon.
 
And as Rene pointed out, it's 888 days from the Concepcion EQ to 8/3(Av 15).
