Something has been bugging me regarding the season of the rapture. I am hoping I am dead wrong on this. I’d like to put it in front of the Doves and you guys and gals can set me right.

In a recent discussion with some friends, we were talking about dispensations. Specifically, 2,000 years from Adam to Abraham, 2,000 years from Abraham to Jesus and another 2,000 years starting with Jesus and the age of grace. Of course, a final 1,000 years for the millennial kingdom.

I’ve heard it said by people who are way smarter than me that the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ occurred around 30-32 AD.

See where I am going with this? I don’t see that the age of grace and the “time of Jacob’s trouble” can overlap. So does that put the Rapture and the start of the tribulation in the 2030-2032 timeframe?!!!? God help us if that is the case. The world is saturated in evil now and I can’t imagine another 8-10 years of this.

Please ya’ll tell me where I am going wrong. 😊

Hi Dennis,
I have been waiting for the rapture since 1997. So I guess I am still ok if our departure is within the next few years. It seems to me 2028 may be the year the LORD restores all things. Let us watch and pray.
