60 to 70 cop cars showed up and this AIR SPACE was closed for 3-4 hours? This is 100% conditioning. The guy in the clip I'm linking to says at first it says it's about kids setting off fireworks at the mall. And most of the footage from those in the mall were of the people running away. He says in the background it looks like something very big is chasing them. Please disregard the language in it.
