Especially since the Secretary of Homeland Security has said that the border is not open, and that the border is secure?

If the border is not open, then the barbed wire isn't a problem for even the most liberal of progressives.

And, in the park, how can Texans be preventing federal agents from doing their job, if nothing is going on, anyway?
