Perry Stone's Old Testament Hebraic Prophetic Study Bible is the first place I read about where the evil Haman and his 10 sons are likened to the Antichrist and the 10 kings (horns) that align with him.  Haman, who was above all the princes in Persia, and his 10 sons wanted all the Jews killed; and the Antichrist and the 10 kings will be out to kill the Jews during the great tribulation period and any others who will not worship him and his image.  Is the story of Haman and his 10 sons a future indicator that the Antichrist will come from Iran (Persia) the home of the Shia Muslims who behead people? Did the Lord God leave this clue in the Bible in the book of Esther for us?  Time will tell.
