"Isn't Jesus calling?"


(Isn't Jesus calling? Isn't Jesus calling us to come to him?)


Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.


Mark 1:17a And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me,


Luke 14:17b Come; for all things are now ready.


(John the Baptist pointed out Jesus, and they came to Jesus:)


John 1:35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples;

  36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

  37 And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.


(The Samaritan woman told the men about Jesus, and they came:)


John 4:29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ?

  39a And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman,

  40a So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them:
