WHAT EVENTS HAVE HAPPENED DURING THE MONTH OF NISAN ?..............

What Scriptural events have happened, in Biblical history, during the month of Nisan ? God declared the month of Nisan to be the first Spring month following the Spring Equinox which occurs each year on March 20-21 on the Gregorian Calendar. God also declared the month of Nisan to be the first month of His Sacred Lunar Calendar, and that the month of Nisan to begin on the first New Moon following the Spring Equinox each year. 

God directed Noah to exit the Arc on dry land during the month of Nisan. 

 God directed Abraham to enter into the Promised Land during the month of Nisan. 

 God directed Moses to select the Passover Lambs on the tenth day of Nisan , and to lead the people out of  bondage through the Red Sea during the month of Nisan. 

 God directed Joshua to lead the people out of the wilderness, and into the Promised Land on the tenth day of Nisan.

The first crop to be harvested in Israel each year is the Spring Barley which appears white in the field when it is ready to harvest during the month of Nisan. 

God directed that a sheaf of  the firstfruits of the Spring Barley harvest be made a wave offering before the Lord during the month of Nisan.  

Four days after Lazarus died Jesus resurrected him from the dead six days before Passover during the month of Nisan.

Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey thereby fulfilling the prophecy of the Passover Lamb on the tenth day of Nisan which was four days before Passover on the fourteenth of Nisan. 

Jesus was crucified on Passover the fourteenth day of Nisan , and then after three days and nights in the grave Jesus resurrected on the first day of the week on the eighteenth day of Nisan. 

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT:

In ( John 4:34-36 ) Jesus gives an analogy between the MONTH OF THE YEAR for the harvest of the Spring Barley crop in Israel , and the MONTH OF THE YEAR  of the resurrection & rapture 

of His Body of Christ Church which BOTH OCCUR DURING THE FIRST SPRING  MONTH OF NISAN.
