"REPLY TO GARRY B. -- THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION IS NOT THE GOG-MAGOG ARMY"

In reply to your post JESUS SAID, "THE DAYS ARE COMING" (fivedoves.com) and your statement, ""WHEN YOU SHALL SEE Jerusalem surrounded WITH ARMIES ( the armies of Gog-Magog ), THEN KNOW that the DESOLATION thereof is near." (The 'abomination of desolation' is the Gog-Magog army)',"  THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION IS NOT THE GOG-MAGOG ARMY. (My statement)

The prophet Daniel makes no mention of the abomination of desolation being the Gog-Magog army.  The abomination of desolation that Matt. 24:15 & Mark 13:14 below are referring to is a reference to the abomination that maketh desolate in Daniel 11:31 & Daniel 12:11 which is the image of the beast that is set up in the holy place (Temple in Jerusalem) that the Antichrist wants mankind to worship or they will be killed.)

Also the gentile Gog-Magog armies do not trod down the streets of Jerusalem until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled as they fall on the mountains of Israel according to Ezekiel 38 & 39.  It is the Gentile armies of the Antichrist who trod down the streets of Jerusalem until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.  According to Daniel 11:41-45 the Antichrist enters the glorious land (Israel), he also takes Egypt, Libya & Ethiopia and he plants the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain (Mount Zion which is also called Mount Moriah).

Daniel 11:31, "And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate."

Daniel 12:11, "And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days."

Matt. 24:15, "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolationspoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Mark 13:14, "But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:"
