"Reply Garry "Immediately after the Tribulation......""

Garry, I agree with you that Gog/Magog I will happen before the Tribulation Week and before the Firstfruits Rapture. Gog/Magog II occurs after the 1000 year reign of Christ (Revelation 20:8) - they are not the same.

However, I cannot agree with you that the Tribulation is for the Jews only (Revelation 13:7).  Neither does the Rapture occur AFTER the Tribulation of those days. The second coming occurs after the Tribulation of those days (Matthew 24:29,30).

The events of Matthew 24:29-31 CANNOT be likened to the Rapture which is described in 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 - the two events are seven years apart!

Matthew 24:29-31 does NOT describe rapture. It is an earthly gathering of ethnic Jews from around the world to Jerusalem, after the surviving Jews around the world see their Messiah coming and thus repent of having rejected Him (Zechariah 12:10).  Jesus sends His angels to gather His saved remnant of DNA Jews from the four corners of the earth.  Mark 13:27 is a Jewish idiom which means to gather from a "far country." See Isaiah 13:5.  It has nothing to do with rapture to heaven.

The "great sound of a trumpet" IS NOT the trumpet blast of 1 Corinthians 15;52.  Again, they are seven years apart.  The trumpet blast of Matthew 24:31 is probably the "Teki'ah Gedolah" of Rosh HaShana when Christ will return to earth to establish His Millennial Kingdom.

Thank you for studying to show yourself approved unto God, an able workman who needeth not to be ashamed!
