Jesus
spoke of the resurrection / rapture in His
Olivet Discourse as recorded in Matthew
24:29-31 , and John spoke of the
Lord's Second Coming in Revelation
19:11-16.
Notice
that in Matthew 24:30 & 31 Jesus
describes Himself as "THE SON OF
MAN" coming "ON THE CLOUDS"
to "GATHER HIS ELECT" , ie.
resurrect & rapture "HIS ELECT" CHURCH.
Notice
that in Revelation 19 :11-16 John describes
Jesus as "THE KING OF KINGS , AND LORD OF
LORDS" sitting "ON A WHITE HORSE" ,
and His Elect Church "FOLLOWED HIM UPON
WHITE HORSES".
There
is NO gathering together of
"His Elect" Church at the
Second Coming of the Lord as described
in Revelation 19:11-16 because the Lord has PREVIOUSLY gathered
together "His Elect" Church
during the resurrection / rapture as
described in Matthew 24:30-31.
Matthew
24:29-31 is describing the Lord as "THE SON
OF MAN" coming for the resurrection /
rapture , ie. "GATHERING TOGETHER" of
"HIS ELECT " Church.
Revelation
19:11-16 is describing the Lord as "THE KING
OF KINGS and THE LORD OF LORDS " at His
Second Coming accompanied with "HIS ELECT"
Church.
