"REPLY TO GARRY B. --  GENTILES TREAD UNDER FOOT THE HOLY CITY FOR 42 MONTHS"

This is in reply to your 1/09 post REPLY TO : Donna Danna ( 2 Jan 2022 ) TEMPLE IN HEAVEN (fivedoves.com) in which you stated,

"The original 1611 King James Bible uses the words "tread underfoot " in Rev 11:2 . The Gentiles in Rev 7:9 are "standing" before the throne, therefore our glorified bodies in heaven have feet to "tread underfoot" in the outer court of the temple in heaven for the forty-two months of the Great Tribulation on earth before we return with the Lord at His Second Coming."

However, tread under foot does not mean "walk or stroll around" the holy city of New Jerusalem.  Tread under foot is the Greek word "pateo" which means the following in the original Greek Bible which was written before the original 1611 King James Bible:

According to Strong's Greek Lexicon G3961, "To tread under foot means, trample on, i.e. to treat with insult and contempt: to desecrate the holy city by devastation and outrage Strong’s Definitions [?] (Strong’s Definitions Legend) πατέω patéō, pat-eh'-o; from a derivative probably of G3817 (meaning a "path"); to trample (literally or figuratively):—tread (down, under foot)." G3961 - pateō - Strong's Greek Lexicon (kjv) (blueletterbible.org)
Strong's Greek: 3961. πατέω (pateó) -- 5 Occurrences (biblehub.com)

The great multitude in heaven do not tread underfoot the holy city of New Jerusalem for 42 months although they will certainly walk or stroll around it.  It is the Gentiles that tread underfoot the holy city of Jerusalem on Earth for 42 months during which the Beast (Antichrist) rules over the city of Jerusalem.

Rev. 11:2 says, "But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months."
