Bush Burning in Colorado (in the Blink of an Eye)
(The Calling of Moses) Exodus 3: And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. 3 Then Moses said, I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn. 4 So when the Lord saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, Moses, Moses! And he said, Here I am.
It was quite surreal to hear and see on television the Colorado fire (CNN link below). A winter firestorm! Such fires are tragedies but are they also warning signs. At least 500 homes destroyed but miraculously (hopefully) no loss of life! The Governor Jared Polis commented that it happened in the Blink of a Eye!! Then there were scenes of snow falling on the burnt out areas!! Fire and snow.

Fire is very much a sign of the Holy Spirit and of coming events. The Lord spoke to Moses from the burning bush, and this led quickly to the plagues and Israel's exodus from Egypt (a type of the Rapture - the Church/Bride leaving the world behind). Elijah's fire from Heaven heralded drought-breaking rain (Revival). Tongues of fire on the Day of Pentecost signalled the birth of the Church (could fire herald a New Pentecost?)
While rain is a type of Revival, SNOW is a type of the Harvest (every snowflake is unique). We are all individually made by the Lord Jesus and for Him. Jesus spoke of joy in Heaven for one sinner who repents!!
The Colorado fire, coming at the very end of 2021 shows just how quickly things can change. Covid 19, fuelled by Omicron, is also spreading rapidly, including here in Australia.
Bushfires are common in Australia and we have experienced fires that broke out suddenly and created havoc in one day (for example, Tasmania in 1967, Canberra in 2003 and Victoria in 2009).
On another matter, there is a cyclone off the Queensland coast. The name is Seth, the child gave Adam and Eve to take the place of Abel.
