"is this how we grieve the Spirit?"

When we, as Christians with the indwelling Holy Ghost, sin against the LORD,
is this how we grieve the Spirit, like the latter part of this line?

Isaiah 43:24 Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

We take the LORD with us when we go to sin.
We know that he is beholding when we look at things that we are not supposed to.
We sin with our body, knowing that:

I Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
