Make no mistake about it, an economic collapse is coming!  The question is only when.  This collapse will very, very like coincide with the Rapture / "sudden destruction" and the beginning of the 7 year Tribulation Period.  As of this coming May (2015) Israel will be 67 years old (from 1948), with a minimum of 74 years (including the 7 year Tribulation Period) to the Second Coming from 1948 (IF the Rapture / "sudden destruction" is this year).  The parable of the fig tree (Israel---Hosea 9:10) in Scripture links the first century with our time period now.  And if Jesus was born a few years BC, then from his birth to 70 AD when all first coming prophecies were fulfilled would be around 74 years.  We are THERE so to speak!  The parable of the fig tree tells us that the GENERATION that sees Israel put forth leaves in the End Times will see all end time prophecies fulfilled, and that includes the Second Coming of Israel's long rejected Messiah, Who is Christ.
