"THE FOLLOWING TWO SCRIPTURES EXPLAIN EACH OTHER"

THE FOLLOWING TWO SCRIPTURES EXPLAIN EACH OTHER PERFECTLY

Matthew 24:19 &21

"But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days ! For then there will be GREAT TRIBULATION ..."

Luke 21:23

"But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days ! For there will be GREAT DISTRESS in the land and WRATH UPON THIS PEOPLE...."

The phrases "great tribulation" and "great distress" are BOTH referring to exactly the same period of time.

The phrase "in the land" is referring to the land of Israel.

The word "wrath" is referring to the wrath of God.

The phrase "upon THIS people" is referring to the people of Israel.

The great tribulation is God's wrath upon the land and the people of Israel ONLY ?

Matthew 24:29

"Immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days.." (in Israel)....Matt 24:30-31 goes on to describe the rapture.
