The period of time BETWEEN the rapture and the Second Coming of the Lord is spoken of in the Scriptures ONLY as the "HOUR OF TEMPTATION" or as the "TEMPTATION" according to :
" I also will keep you from the HOUR OF TEMPTATION which shall come upon the whole world..."
"Do not lead us into TEMPTATION, but deliver us from evil."
NOWHERE IN SCRIPTURE is the period of time BETWEEN the rapture and the Second Coming of the Lord EVER spoken
of as "tribulation" or "great tribulation" ! To call that particular
period of time the "tribulation" or the "great tribulation " is an
erroneous traditional misnomer of men's misunderstanding of Scriptures.
The period of time spoken of in the Scriptures as the "TRIBULATION" or the "GREAT TRIBULATION" is a VERY SPECIFIC "SHORTENED" period of time "IMMEDIATELY" BEFORE the rapture during which God's 'WRATH" of His "VENGEANCE" is upon the land and the PEOPLE OF ISREAL for their continued disobedience to Him BEFORE THE RAPTURE according to:
"For these are the DAYS OF VENGEANCE......For there will be GREAT DISTRESS (TRIBULATION) IN THE LAND (of Israel) and WRATH UPON THIS PEOPLE (of Israel).
"Immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION OF
THOSE DAYS (in Israel)....He will send His angels with the great sound
of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect...."
Sequence of events: GREAT TRIBULATION OF ISRAEL - RAPTURE OF CHURCH - HOUR OF TEMPTATION UPON WHOLE WORLD - SECOND COMING OF THE LORD
