Hi, All.
This is in response to Jennie.  I think I am one of the first to report hearing "knocks" back in 2003 about a year before my son died.  I was not a "practicing" Christian then, but after God visited me that night, it changed my life and the lives of my entire family, including my son, who received salvation at the "midnight hour" just 3 months before he passed.

It was all because of the knocks...3 loud, distinct knocks...supernatural in nature, from God.  Revelation 3:20 says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock.  If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.  To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

I was led to that scripture the next morning.  When I saw this was about the Laodicean church I knew exactly what the knocks meant to me!  I had been lukewarm all my life.  I realized God was giving me one more chance to turn away from sin and give my life completely to Him.  So I did.  And thank God He came seeking me or my son would have died a sinner and gone to hell!!!!!!!!!
God is sooooooo good!  And now I have a jail ministry that I never dreamed I would have or want.

DON'T IGNORE YOUR KNOCKS!  FIGURE OUT WHAT GOD IS SAYING TO YOU!  TIME IS SHORT, WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF EVER INCREASING DARKNESS.  GOD WANTS YOU TO SHINE YOUR LIGHT INTO THE DARKNESS IN SOME WAY!  GOD BLESS YOU AND GOOD LUCK.
