base conversions were used to learn significant numbers about the 9-11 event, imho.

using base conversion again I looked at the number 254, the day number for 9-11 in a non leap year which 2001 was.

254 decimal = 376 octal = FE hexadecimal

I've thought many times over the years that the letters in the hexadecimal base conversion might actually stand for something.

in this case, FE are the two letters assigned to the element 26 IRON.

First mention of IRON in the Bible =

Genesis 4:22
"And Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an instructer of every artificer in brass and iron: and the sister of Tubalcain was Naamah."

i wildly guessed before I checked it that the verse total would be based on the prime number 127, for 254 = 127 x 2

    4318 = 127 x 17 x 2

also notice this:

Strong's number for IRON = 1270 hebrew !

lastly, i see that a 339 numbered word is in the sentence (instructor).

Strong's 339 h = ISLES

i am personally convinced this is a reference to the USA, and others have theorized this also over the years.
