After Gog is defeated by God, antichrist launched by the 1st seal Will make the 7 years peace covenant between Israel-Arab, Jerusalem Will be Made international city where the 2 beasts Will rule and the 3rd Temple shall be built side by side with the mosque as a symbol of peace and harmony, thats when accomplished, the world Will yell "Peace and Safety".

Evidence of this is found in Revelation 11:2 "but the court which is outside the temple leave it out don't measure it for it is given unto the gentiles".

This verse shows there is a gentiles Arab building/ mosque which cannot be removed for its end Times purpose of global deception when the 2nd Beast from Arab religion will perform magic and claim Arab religion to replace Torah.
