Over the past 6 months, there have been so many bizarre clips taken from cell phones throughout the world that it's becoming obvious that these so-called anomalies are man-made. Im in San Diego and was warned a week ago about the upcoming atmospheric River that was going to dump a ton of water on the city that rarely gets rain. I believe the airport recorded 4.2 in of rain that day which was the fourth most all time. Now they are telling us that a bigger atmospheric River is going to drop ridiculous amounts of rain once again within days.
So I just saw this clip of very unique cloud activity that should make everyone question what's going on. There's a program in the government called Haarp that focuses on weaponizing the weather and I'm pretty sure this is what's happening now.
