great trib from 688 to 838

after reading this link from last week i dug into this authors theory that the great tribulation was from 688 to 838 ad

We used Matthew 24 to reveal the beginning of the first five-month period when there was greater tribulation than there had ever been before or would ever be again.  That referred to the 150 years after the building of the Muslim temple Dome of the Rock when Islam exploded on the world stage;


does this link with one of the seven churches in this period?

thyatira is traditionally from 606 to 1517

so this passage points to great tribulation in this time period.

Now we come to verse 18 and the fourth church, the church of Thyatira. This sym­bolizes the condition of God's people dur­ing the so-called Dark Ages of persecution when even the church often entered into the spirit of the age.
