"a total of three times?"

Were there previously a couple times when angels were cast out of heaven?
And that there is yet one more time, when the remaining fallen angels will be cast out of heaven?
Doesn’t Jude and Peter describe the first casting down?

Jude 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

II Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

Then wasn’t the second casting down at the time of the birth of Jesus?

Revelation 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Are not angels sometime referred to as stars?

Judges 5:20 They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.

Job 38:7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Revelation 9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

Revelation 1:20b The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches:

So, were not the stars that were cast down by the dragon, thus fallen angels?
And would that second casting down, at the time of the birth of Jesus, explain why, in the gospels, there were so many devils in Israel?
Were there not so many devils cast out of people, especially by Jesus, but also his disciples?
Yet in the old testament, it doesn’t look like that, with prophets casting out devils from all kinds of possessed people?

Then, won't the third casting down be about 3½ years before Jesus returns to the earth?

Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Won’t that casting down, then include the fallen principalities and powers, like the prince of Persia, etc?
