You make an excellent observation. The "time of Jacob's trouble" belongs exclusively to Israel . It would be proper to say the "time of Israel's trouble"  which is the Gog-Magog War of tribulation judgment from God, Himself , which happens  BEFORE the resurrection  / rapture of the Church according to ;

Ezekiel 38:16  ( God speaking to Gog )

"And thou shall come up against My people of Israel ( Jacob ) It shall b e in the latter days that I WILL BRING THEE against My land ( Jacob / Israel )....."
