This was in the New England Journal of Medicine, February 19, 2020:
This study showed COVID-19 virus load to be of about the same size (in nasal and throat swabs) for symptomatic and asymptomatic patients. Showing that asymptomatic patients and minimally asymptomatic patients are spreading the virus too.
This is different than was with SARS - one was contagious when one was showing symptoms.
Their study shows that isolation strategies and screening practices need to be different than with SARS.
This is NOT 'regular flu' or a natural coronavirus'! More and more evidence is pointing towards this virus being man-made.
Continuing prayers for those infected and those that will be infected.
All that is being done outside of China is only to slow the spread. Which city outside of China will be the first 'Wuhan'?
The more I read, the more I can't help but think that this COVID-19 must be a pestilence of the End of Days...maybe moving us right into the Tribulation!

The viral load that was detected in the asymptomatic patient was similar to that in the symptomatic patients, which suggests the transmission potential of asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic patients. These findings are in concordance with reports that transmission may occur early in the course of infection5 and suggest that case detection and isolation may require strategies different from those required for the control of SARS-CoV.
