Has not the White House been backing, if not secretly, over-throws (Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Syria, Iraq), and maybe even allowed others (Yemen)?

The other day, ISIS just burned alive 45 in Iraq, only a few minutes from where there are 320 US Marines, and they didn't take & torture the Marines.

So does the White House think it's in a Western, riding this savage ISIS, like a cowboy rides a bull in a rodeo?

As if the White House thinks that it is really in charge, and can turn & use ISIS, like a good cowboy can the rodeo bull?
