Hello, John and Doves,

 

In a scene from Sleeper (1973), Woody Allen plays Blanche DuBois in a bizarre reenactment of a scene out of the Tennessee Williams play, A Streetcar Named Desire.

 

But life is stranger than fiction.  By now, many of you Doves know that "Barak" can be translated as "lightning" or "blessed."

 

Let's take the latter meaning, and concatenate it to the following verse.

    "...for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed,"

Luke 1:48

 

Of course, this is Mary, the mother of Jesus, speaking.  She is the One that many women desired to be, the mother of the Deliverer.  "Jesus" means "HaShem (YHWH) is Deliverance."

 

Of course, Jesus Himself is the One and only true love of the Bride of Christ.

 

But it is written of the AC,

    "He will show no regard for the gods of his fathers or for the one desired by women, nor will he regard any god, but will exalt himself above them all."

Daniel 11:37

 

So, I think the AC, as clueless of religious decorum as he is, will appropriate Luke 1:48 for himself, grinning that wide, toothy, "Hey, ends of the earth, look at me!" sort of grin.

 

But I say,
