A Strong Delusion....

There has always been much discussion about what the "STRONG DELUSION" may be that is spoken of in the New Testament. The verse says that because people reject the TRUTH about Jesus that God "will allow" them to believe a big, strong LIE. God does not create the lie, He will just step back and allow people who have turned from the Truth to turn to the lie.

Some have said it could be the lie about UFO's or aliens taking away those pesky Christians who stand in the way of the NWO agenda and progress toward global unity when the Rapture occurs. That is certainly plausible; however, another possibility just occurred to me as I was listening to a heartwarming message on the love of the Father and the free access to His throne of grace. THe pastor said that God loves for us to run into His arms and be near Him.

As I listened, Holy Spirit within me pointed out the stark and total contrast of the TRUTH of Jesus Christ and the LIE of Islam. Our God beckons to us with love and invites us to come and be covered with His love and acceptance. That is possible because Jesus, God's Son, died to make the way open for us to become children in the family of God the Father. God died for us.

In Islam, their god requires that the followers die in Jihad or holy war in order to enter Paradise and be accepted by him. He demands that they be filled with hatred and to shed the blood of as many as possible before their own blood is shed as a sacrifice to enter his presence. Muslims die for their god-mirror opposite of the basic tenet of Christianity.

Jesus died for us - muslims die for their god. God pours out His love on us and fills us with that love so we can pour it out on others. Islam's allah pours out fear, hate and terror on his followers and fills them up with fear, hate and terror to pour out on others. Again the mirror opposite of Christ and His great LOVE.

1/3 - one third - one out of three, of the world's population is caught up in the big, fat LIE of Islam and bow down to allah. Their numbers are rapidly increasing and spreading throughout the earth.

IS THIS THE STRONG DELUSION?

Has it been right in our faces and so familiar that we are not even seeing it for what it is? Why would anyone want to be a part of anything so repulsive, so hateful, punitive and deadly? Could it be because they rejected the TRUTH and by default believed the lie?
