In this clip, Trump is basically saying that Abbas was more "willing" to make a deal than Netanyahu was, insinuating Bibi is at fault because of it.
Keep in mind the Antichrist will come in his own name (there's never been a human being who refers to him or herself in the third person like Trump does) and he will use flattery regularly to gain favor with others.
