Immediately after God gave the 65 years prophecy, God showed a sign to King Ahaz. That sign was the virgin birth of Jesus. His name is Immanuel. Why? Because Jesus shall come to fulfill this 65-year prophecy. For the rest of the Isaiah 7, all verses point to the latter days, that is, judgment on Assyria where Antichrist dwells, and the restoration of Israel.
