(What does it mean that Hell followed him?)
Revelation 6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
(Is it another celestial being, named Hell, that follows the other celestial named Death; or is this where many fallen celestial beings are let loose from their imprisonment down in the earth, to be let loose? i.e. hell on earth?)
