May we all pray for the continued sight and well-being of F.M. Riley so he can continue to read, study, and write.  May the end of this year 12/31/2021 be when God takes us in the long anticipated and watched for Rapture in the Air

 

One of the greatest saints to ever live was John Wycliffe.  He was called the “Morning Star of the Reformation”.  He translated the Bible into the English language making the Living Word of God available to millions of English speaking people.

 

Regarding the precision of the Lord.  God took John Wycliffe; (he died of natural causes), on 12/31/1384.  That is exactly 637 years from 12/31/2021.  Counting a Jubilee as every 49 years there are exactly 13 Jubilees in 637 years.

 

Again, speaking on the precision of the Lord.  On 12/31/1428, 44 years to the very day, his grave was desecrated, his bones dug up, burned to ashes, and dumped into the River Swift, (a tributary to Avon) by the Roman Catholic Church.  So hated was he for bringing God’s Word to the English speaking world.

 

An unknown poet soon immortalized the event in the following poem:

 

The Avon to the Severn runs,

The Severn to the Sea,

And Wycliffe’s dust shall spread abroad,

Wide as the waters be.

 

Gives me goose-bumps.

 

With Rome failing to keep God’s Living Word from common English speaking people the only thing left was to corrupt it and flood the market with “New Age” versions.  For further information see G.A.
