Just recently Prince Charles was chosen to publicly announce at United Nations COP21 meeting of a coming "world ruler" who will forcefully transition the nations into "his" new digital economy. This is what he read from his scripted notes:

"My plea today is for Countries to come together to create the environment that enables every sector of industry to take the action required. We know this will take trillions not billions of dollars. We also know that many Countries of who are burdened by growing levels of debt simply cannot afford to go green. Here we need a vast military campaign to marshal the strength of a global market sector with trillions at his disposal."   Far beyond Global GDP, and with the greatest respect beyond even the Government's of the World's Leaders. It offers the only real prospect of achieving fundamental economic transition."

The ability and power to implement this coming event has been determined and so certain to "him" and to those aligned with "him" that it was recently announced publicly. There was no resistance from the world leaders at the meeting given to this statement and no main stream media news reports about it. The leaders of the nations appear to be either in fear of or aligned with this man and the wealthy families who benefit. They are bringing the "trillions" to the table to help make it all happen. No doubt with the assurance that they will live to keep their wealth along with a rising to greater power and control in the transfer over to digital economy. Keep in mind that no one can work, buy, sell, travel or do anything with out the digital mark. Within this "new world order" everyone who does not take this mark is easily identified and removed or has to find a way to survive far outside that system.

So what is the bottom line? 

No matter who the face of the 8th king is the prophesied "man of sin" world ruler has been announced to be at the door.  A prophesied precursor for this to be fulfilled is "the one who is restraining this from happening will be removed" ... "Now you know what is restraining him, to the end that he may be revealed in his own season. For the mystery of lawlessness already works. Only there is one who restrains now, until he is taken out of the way"   2 Thessalonians 2:6-7. So when this man appears divine restraint has been removed. The remainder of the biblical prophesied events for the end times begin to consummate unto their fulfillment.
