One of the more common scriptures used to show the pre-tribulation blessed hope, is:

I Thessalonians 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

And I believe that too.

However, is this line also speaking about hell and the lake of fire, and not only about the vials of wrath in the tribulation?

Otherwise, every person who dies lost, before the seven vials are poured out, were not appointed to wrath, either?
