I believe that the Seventh Seal has only Seven Angels total,  not fourteen . I believe that the Seven  Angels  are spoken of TWICE in the Book of Revelation. The Book of Revelation speaks ONLY of  Seven Angels ,  never fourteen,  therefore I conclude that there are ONLY a total of seven angels which  are spoken of twice.
