"Launching on Christmas Day.  What are the Chances?"

Hi John and Doves,

Launching on Christmas Day? Excuse me? The very day that most, around the world, celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ? The date is dodgy - as is the purpose of this telescope. Below is a quote about this quantum mirror type telescope.

The James Webb telescope has been described as a "Time Machine" that could unravel the secrets of our universe with distant objects emitting light from further back in time. The telescope will be used to look back to the first galaxies born in the early universe more than 13.5 billion years ago. One group of scientists hope to use Webb to witness "Cosmic Dawn" - (My note : in other words - the Big Bang) - the moment of first light for the first stars in the universe - billions of years ago.

The first thing that sprang to my mind was the Tower of Babel story. They are attempting to reach the Throne of God. The precise moment of creation. Idiots!

With everything else going on....earthquakes in diverse places. Signs in the sun, moon and stars (comet Leonard, solar flares etc) and all the threats of major wars exploding. It's no wonder we are all LOOKING UP. This telescope is sinister. It is trying to find the very moment of creation. We all know what happened the last time they tried this !!

God's Blessings to all. May we see our LORD Jesus soon.
