"REPLY TO GREG WILSON -- WILL ALL CHRISTIANS BE RAPTURED?"

This is in reply to your 12/05 post “Reply to Donna Dana re “Will All Christians Be raptured?” (fivedoves.com)  Who then is the evil servant of the Lord if not an unrepentant servant of the Lord in Matthew 24:48-51 who is left behind with the hypocrites?  And likewise who is the faithful & wise steward in Luke 12:42-44 who became an unfaithful steward while waiting for the Lord to come and this same steward beat people and became drunken if he is not an unrepentant steward of the Lord who was left behind with the unbelievers?  Why do you think the evil servant and unfaithful steward of the Lord got left behind?  Because they remained unrepentant at the time the Lord came so He did not account them worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and stand before the Son of man. (Luke 21:36)  According to Luke 20:35, Jesus also said, "But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:"

To be accounted worthy by Lord to be taken in the Rapture on repentance in my opinion.  Jesus said in Rev. 3:35, "Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.  Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthyHe that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels."

Rev. 7:13-14 says regarding the great multitude seen in heaven, "And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."  Washing their robes and making them white in the blood of the Lamb symbolizes repentance, and by confessing their sins to the Lord, He is faithful & just to forgive our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. It is the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. (John 1:7-9.)

What color is the garments of the Lamb's wife?  Rev. 19:8 says, "And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints."  They aren't wearing defiled garments that were defiled by the sins of the flesh because they have repented.

Except for the church of Philadelphia, Jesus told the other 6 churches in the book of Revelation to repent.  In fact, He told the people in the church of Thyatira the following:

Rev. 2:20-22, "Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou  sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds."

If any of those people at the church of Thyatira remained unrepentant, they were going to go through great tribulation.  So should those who are unrepentant in our modern day churches expect any less.   They too should expect to go through the great tribulation and be martyred for their faith by not worshipping the Beast.
