"REPLY TO GARRY B. -- NOT ALWAYS 1,260 DAYS BETWEEN NISAN 10 TO TISHRI 1"

In reply to your 12/05 post REPLY TO: Donna Dana ( 28 Nov 2021) RE: 1,260 days (fivedoves.com) I see that you have now changed Nisan 10, 2022 to April 11 which is the correct date for Nisan 10 on the Hebrew calendar at Jewish Calendar 2022 Diaspora | Hebcal .  However, in your 11/07 post A LITTLE KNOWN FACT THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW (fivedoves.com) you had listed Nisan 10 as April 12, 2022 which was incorrect.  If Nisan 10 really fell on April 12, there would have been 1,260 days from April 12, through the Eve of the Feast of Trumpets on Sept. 22.  However, Nisan 10 on April 11, 2022 through Elul 29 on Sept. 22, 2025 is 1,261 days according to my calculations in my post at REPLY TO GARRY B. -- There ARE NOT ALWAYS 1,260 Days From Nisan 10 To Tishri 1 (3&1/2 Yrs. Later) (fivedoves.com)

In your 12/05 post REPLY TO: Donna Dana ( 28 Nov 2021) RE: 1,260 days (fivedoves.com) you have Nisan 10, 2023 listed as April 1 which is correct according to the Jewish calendar at Jewish Calendar 2023 Diaspora | Hebcal .  In your 11/07 post A LITTLE KNOWN FACT THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW (fivedoves.com)  you also had Nisan 10, 2023 listed as April 1 which is correct.  There are 1,260 days from Nisan 10, 2023 on April 1 through Sept. 11, 2026 which is the Eve of the Feast of Trumpets.

In your 12/05 post REPLY TO: Donna Dana ( 28 Nov 2021) RE: 1,260 days (fivedoves.com) you have Nisan 10, 2024 listed as April 20, 2024 which is incorrect; you also have Nisan 10, 2024 as April 20, 2024 which is incorrect in your post at A LITTLE KNOWN FACT THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW (fivedoves.com)  According to the Jewish calendar at Jewish Calendar 2024 Diaspora | Hebcal
Nisan 10, 2024 falls on April 18, 2024.  If Nisan 10 really fell on April 20, 2024, there would have been 1,260 days from Nisan 10, 2024 on April 20 through the Eve of the Feast of Trumpets on Oct. 1, 2027 which is listed on the calendar at Jewish Calendar 2027 Diaspora | Hebcal  However, Nisan 10, 2024 on April 18, 2024 through the Eve of the Feast of Trumpets on Oct. 1, 2027 is 1,262 days according to my calculations at REPLY TO GARRY B. -- There ARE NOT ALWAYS 1,260 Days From Nisan 10 To Tishri 1 (3&1/2 Yrs. Later) (fivedoves.com)

I am not sure why you listed Sept. 30, 2027 in your post REPLY TO: Donna Dana ( 28 Nov 2021) RE: 1,260 days (fivedoves.com) because it is not the Eve of the Feast of Trumpets in 2027.  The Eve of The Feast of Trumpets is on Oct. 1, 2027 according to the Jewish calendar at Jewish Calendar 2027 Diaspora | Hebcal and according to my post at REPLY TO GARRY B. -- There ARE NOT ALWAYS 1,260 Days From Nisan 10 To Tishri 1 (3&1/2 Yrs. Later) (fivedoves.com)

As you can see, there are not always 1,260 days between Nisan 10 through the Eve of the Feast of Trumpets which falls 3 1/2 years later.

I also don't see how you come up with 1,270 days from Nisan 1 to Tishri 1.  There are 29.5 days in a lunar month X 42 months = 1,239 days so another month has to be added to the Jewish calendar 7 times in a 19 year cycle.  According to the article at The Jewish Leap Year - Jewish Calendar (chabad.org) "The Jewish "leap year", which occurs seven times in a 19-year cycle, has 13 months instead of the regular year's 12. This is so that the lunar-based Jewish year should remain aligned with the solar seasons (12 lunar months make up a total of 354 days — slightly more than 11 days short of the 365.25 day solar cycle). The added month is called "Adar I" and is inserted before the month of Adar (termed "Adar II" in leap years)."
