I felt led to address any new Christians reading this website for the first time. Time is short. And you need to understand that you are called by Almighty God. Don't worry yourselves about not being good enough or "not ready" or not fully versed in scripture. Almighty God has called you and you belong to him. Ready or not. Lol.

As Jesus was dying on the cross - the thief asked Jesus to remember him in His Kingdom. Jesus replied that the thief would see Paradise that very day. No accusations - no if or but or how. That thief was truly sorry. He repented. He recognised Jesus - spiritually, mentally and physically. The thief knew he was a wretched and extremely flawed human ( as we all are - have no doubt) but he cried out to Jesus from the depths of his soul.

That's all you need. To believe. To crave the purity and knowledge of Jesus. Your past behaviour bears no brunt on your future with God. As long as you truly repent.

The minute you believed - with all your heart - is the minute you became a new creation.
