The article in the link - JPost - asks, "If Iran's nuclear program is peaceful - why go to such great lengths to hide it?" Very much like the question being asked re Covid, "Imagine a vaccine SO safe, you have to be threatened to take it. For a virus so deadly - you have to be tested to see if you have it?"
