I have a question about repentance:

Would it be correct to say that repentance is a change of mind, that leads to a change of direction?

Acts 20:21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance "toward" God, and faith "toward" our Lord Jesus Christ. 

And then for us who are saved, who have the indwelling Holy Ghost, repentance then leads to a change of behavior?
