"THE ANTI-CHRIST IS NOT THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION"

THE ANTI-CHRIST IS NOT THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION..........

An 'abomination' is anything and everything that is despicable in the eyes of God.

The anti-Christ is not the 'abomination of desolation' spoken of in the Scriptures. Everywhere in Scripture the anti-Christ is referred to with one of the following pronouns : "he", "his", "him" or "himself".   The anti-Christ is never referred to as "it" in the Scriptures.  For example read :

2 Thessalonians 2:3-6

"......and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts HIMSELF above all that is called or that is worshiped so that HE sits as God, in the temple of God, showing HIMSELF that HE is God. And now you know what is restraining so that HE may be revealed in HIS own time."

On the other hand, the 'abomination of desolation' IS referred to as "it" in the Scriptures. For example, read:

Mark 13:14

"So, when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the Prophet, standing where IT ought not,,,,,"

SO, WHAT IS THE 'ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION' ?   Luke 21:20 identifies the 'abomination of desolation" for us :

Luke 21:20

"And when you shall see Jerusalem encompassed WITH ARMIES then know that the DESOLATION thereof is near."

So, there you have it ; The standing armies of Gog-Magog, when they are about to desolate Jerusalem, is the 'abomination of desolation'. NOT the anti-Christ. The armies of Russia, Iran, Syria and others have formed a coalition of armies which are called Gog-Magog in the Scriptures. Keep watching because Scriptures say 'BIG THINGS' are coming.

According to Your Word, come Lord Jesus !
