The second book of God, "Exodus", meaning "departure" begins with these words : " Now these are the NAMES...."

The Hebrew title to the book is not Exodus, but rather "The Names". There is a connection between "names" and "departure". Indeed,  we are invited and challenged by God's riddle of Rev 13:18 to learn the "name" of a man, the beast, connected to a number, 666. The arrival of the "beast" precedes the Lord's return.So what is in a name ? How do we come by names ? Is our destiny tied to our name ?

John Tng unveiled a most amazing truth in his April 18 2005 study, The El Shaddai on the Cross. Both Hebrew and Greek languages are unique in that neither language has a counting or numbering system  that is separated from the alphabet. So A=1, B=2, C=3, etc., letters are also numbers. Both languages use the alphabet for numbers, thus letters stand for both numbers and are also used to compose words. Every  Greek or Hebrew word, every name, is also a number. For example, the Greek word "Jesus" is also the number "888".
Interestingly, in Psalm 34:20 the Messiah's death is described in detail, the words in Hebrew, stating that none of "His Bones" shall be broken.... The Hebrew word "His Bones" has a  numeric value of 206. Incredibly, there are exactly 206 bones in every human body. Every Human has 32 teeth. Every human has 650 muscles. Add 206+32+650 = 888. The creator, Jesus,(888) has placed his name upon every individual , every human he created !!  The Lord's" name" is upon each of us... now, what about "our" names ?  And what about Satan, the Devil, Lucifer, he also has names ?

In 1863, a Methodist Bishop from New York, Milo Mahan, published an interesting study titled "Palmoni" (meaning Wonderful Numberer).  Mahan was aware that "Jesus" in Greek was the  number "888". Mahan decided to convert each of the 36 names of Satan  (see more, The Lawless One by Ted Porter) listed in Scripture into their number, Greek or Hebrew. So there were 36 different numbers, converting Satan's names into numbers, and much to Mahan's amazement every one of the 36 different numbers was exactly divisible by the number "13". Mahan then decided to list names in the Bible, "Bad People" and "Good People". He accumulated some 320 "Bad" names and near the same number of "Good" names. The "Bad" names, converted to numbers, all but one(*), divided by exactly "13",just  like Satan, Beelzebub, Devil, etc. The Good names all divided by "8" !! This is an astonishing design..... Not only does the Creator place His name on us, He gives to each person a name designed and based upon the direction they would take in life...and before they were even born !!

There is another aspect to names, they have a meaning. Palmoni, for example, means "Wonderful Numberer." It refers to the Lord Himself, who numbers our body with His own name, 888. He numbers the hairs upon our heads. Luke 12:7.He numbers our names and our existence with numbers, birth dates, calender events, He counts our steps, and even our days are numbered. Psalms 90:12. Shemology, is the study of the meaning of names. So the extensive lists of names, the genealogies found in many Bible chapters, those names tell stories when the names are converted into their meaning and the meaning is read in order. For example, the first genealogy found in Genesis chapter 5, lists Adam and his human family, in order. Adam (v.2) means "Man"; Seth (v.4) means" appointed"; Enos (v.6) means" subject to death";Cainan (v.9) means "sorrowful"; Mahalaleel (v.12) means" from the praise of God"; Jared (v. 15) means "one who comes down"; Enoch (v.18) means "dedicated"; Matheuselah (v.21)means "Dying, he shall send "; Lamech (v.25) means"to the poor , brought very low" ; Noah (v.29) means " rest and comfort". And so it is read..... Man is appointed subject  to death, sorrowful, but from the praise of God One comes down, dedicated, dying He shall send to the poor and those brought low , rest and comfort......

This is the message of God's Love. He could love the very creatures which nailed Him to a cross. My sins, and Yours, pounded those nails.

(*) The one Bad Name , not divisible by "13" is the riddle of Rev 13:18, the Antichrist, as the number 666 does not divide by 13. However, 793, the 12th figurate star number, a number riddled through scripture in hidden design and intimately connected to the number 666, does divide by 13. That is the name, the number of Barack H. Obama. Doves,our time is short.......That Name tells us of our "LEAVING", our Exodus !
