"RE:  Keith C. vis-a-vis baguettes"

Hello, John and Doves,

Hello, Keith C.

I am wondering:
When you cut the first piece off a baguette, so as to shorten what remains, do you cut off the left end or the right end?

Hello, John and Doves,

Sorry, Keith C., I have another couple of questions.

Let's say you are serving the baguette to guests.

When you cut off a piece, do you say, "Wait, that's no longer a part of the baguette; let's throw away this piece, and I'll cut you a new piece."  I am sure you can see that this can be repeated until the guest goes hungry from lack of bread.

In the same way, does the fact we're still here shorten Daniel's 70th week?

IMHO, no, it just shortens the tribulation the world will face.

Happy New Year!

Baruch HaShem Adonai Roi,
Mike C.

"Re Ron Reese's "RED ALERT"  (really?)"

You may want to look at my post from last October.

 http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/oct2011/keithc1010.htm

5/14/1948 plus 70 years = 5/14/2018

 5/14/2018 minus 2300 days = 1/27/2012

I see that you have placed us in the 7 years.

I disagree, if only because the two witnesses haven’t shown up.

I see that you actually increase the length of the 2nd half of the 7 years to 1335 days.

Jesus says that the 2nd half will be shortened.

Mat 24:22  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Just a couple observations.
