Very interesting dream.  You saw a filament cross the sky; filament defined as a thread of high resistance in an incandescent lamp; incandescent defined as white heat.

So, what does it mean?
 
Perhaps it's about the comet named Lovejoy which just crossed past the sun and stunned skywatchers by surviving the journey.  This comet made the sign of a cross - it looks white on the video - I'm sure it was hot - and it had high resistance to survive.  See youtube video.
 
The second part of your dream was armies standing on the horizon ready for war.
 
Would that be South Korea who is said to be on high alert as of yesterday.
 
And the third part of your dream is that then the rapture happens.
