Imagine you are attending a large family gathering. Imagine that you are all excited to see each other and are determined to enjoy the occasion. Out of the dozens and dozens of people that are at the gathering, one person spoils it all. Uncle George! Everyone is afraid of Uncle George. He's very wealthy and obnoxious with it. He insults everyone and people begin leaving the party in tears. The longed-for family gathering is an unmitigated disaster. All because of one person.
